Service and Maintenance of Apartment Buildings and Dwelling Units
1. What services does technical maintenance of an apartment building include?
We provide routine maintenance of common areas, minor construction repairs, door and lock repairs, light bulb replacement, plaster repairs, plumbing and electrical installation services in the common parts of the building.
2. Do you provide emergency service?
Yes, we provide emergency call-outs for water, sewage, electrical, or other technical failures according to pre-agreed terms.
3. Do you also perform maintenance for individual dwelling units?
Yes, we provide services and repairs directly in apartments – minor repairs, replacement of fixtures, repairs after tenants, and apartment preparation before handover.
4. Do you cooperate with Homeowners’ Associations and housing cooperatives?
Yes, we cooperate with Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs), Housing Cooperatives, and property management companies.
5. Is it possible to conclude a framework agreement for regular maintenance?
Yes, we offer long-term cooperation in the form of a service contract with regular inspections and priority call-outs.
6. How quickly can you respond to a request?
Standard requests are handled within 24–72 hours. Emergency situations can be addressed in a shorter time by agreement.
7. Do you also provide regular technical inspections of the building?
Yes, we perform preventive inspections of the building’s technical condition, including the roof, common areas, and equipment.
8. Do you provide photo documentation of the work performed?
Yes, we provide before-and-after photo documentation upon request.
9. Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we are insured against damage caused during our work.
10. How does the price calculation work?
The price is determined individually based on the scope of work. For regular maintenance, we offer a monthly flat-rate model or an hourly rate.
Turnkey Renovations, Bathroom Cores, Kitchens, and Buildings
1. What does a turnkey renovation include?
Complete execution from demolition, structural modifications, installations (water, sewage, electrical), to final surfaces and handover of the finished space.
2. Do you carry out bathroom core renovations?
Yes, we specialize in complete bathroom core renovations including piping, tiling, sanitary fixtures, and electrical wiring.
3. Do you also carry out kitchen renovations?
Yes, we provide structural preparation, installations, and assembly of kitchen units and appliances.
4. How long does a bathroom core renovation take?
A standard renovation takes approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the scope of work.
5. Do you provide a price quote before starting the work?
Yes, we prepare a detailed budget and work schedule before execution.
6. Do you also help with the design?
Yes, we offer consultations on technical solutions and optimization of layouts according to client requirements.
7. Do you coordinate all trades?
Yes, we coordinate all construction and craft work to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Yes, by agreement we can arrange complete execution including regular reporting and photo documentation.
